The prompt: "A 1970's Americana cannabis brand"

Below is a snapshot of the brand guidelines I developed with only that  prompt as a jumping off point.

CAMPAIGN 
OVERVIEW

Imagery: Evoking the past with the use of film filters and classic visuals, while maintaining a vivid, saturated palette that adds a feeling of newness. Retouched. Revamped. Not, Redone.

Messaging: A reflection of the visual. We're not reinventing the wheel, the wheel is extremely effective in it's simplicity, we're speaking to those who long for that simplicity, whether they were alive for it or not. We're not new, just improved. We've always been here. Welcome Back. The usage of actual grass allows us to somewhat covertly convey or "nod to" product without showing it, helping us to clearly represent product in more restrictive markets.
